English to Arabic: WHO team arrives in China as Wuhan coronavirus deaths top SARS
Source text - English Hong Kong (CNN)The number of deaths from the Wuhan coronavirus had risen to over 1,000 by Tuesday morning, as experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) arrived in China to assist with controlling the epidemic.
Chinese health authorities said 108 people died from the virus in mainland China on Monday, with the majority of those deaths occurring in Hubei province, the capital of which is Wuhan -- the city where the virus was first found. The total number of deaths stands at 1,018, all but two of those in mainland China.
Globally, 43,114 have now been diagnosed with the virus, again with the majority in China. Around 4,000 patients have been treated and released from hospital in China since late December.
A team of World Health Organization (WHO) experts landed in China on Monday. The organization's director general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said they will "lay the groundwork for a larger international team," which will join them "as soon as possible."
The WHO group in China is led by Bruce Aylward, who helmed the body's response to Ebola, as well as initiatives for immunization, communicable diseases control and polio eradication.
Their arrival comes as the WHO is facing increasing criticism for its initial decision not to declare a global health emergency, and for officials' effusive praise of China's handling of the crisis, even as Beijing faces outrage domestically for, among other things, the death of whistleblower doctor Li Wenliang, and the subsequent censorship of that news.
Outside of China, the single largest outbreak is on board the Diamond Princess cruise ship, currently docked in Yokohama, a port city south of Tokyo.
At least 135 people have tested positive for the virus so far, as Japanese health authorities continue to examine hundreds of passengers and crew, who have been under quarantine for almost a week. The recommended quarantine time is 14 days.

Source text - English The field of advertising is in a state of transition, primarily because of the large changes taking place in the media environment. Traditional mass media advertising aimed at large anonymous audiences may be a dying communication form. If people begin to scan information networks with information agents or, as they are sometimes called, (knowledge robots), advertising may have to find a different role for itself. A shift is already under way from mass media advertising to database marketing, in which potential purchasers are identified through information in databases and then targeted with direct advertising appeals. Some writers have suggested that marketing in the 21st century will be centered on interactive multimedia, and that advertising departments must find a new mission of transferring information on the information highway. The new area of integrated Marketing Communications can be seen as a reaction to the changes in the communication field and an attempt to define a field broader than advertising.
Translation - Arabic إن مجال الإعلام في حالة من التغير ويرجع السبب الأساسي في ذلك إلى التغيرات الهائلة في محيط الإعلام حيث أن الإعلانات في الإعلام الجماهيري التقليدي الذي يستهدف جماهير كبيرة مجهولة أصبحت شكلاً شبه ميت من أشكال التواصل، فإذا قام الناس بفحص شبكات المعلومات مع وكلاء المعلومات أو ما يسمونهم أحياناً بروبوتات المعرفة، فإنه يجدر على هذه الإعلانات أن تجد دوراً آخر لنفسها. وهناك انتقال كبير من إعلانات الموجهة للجمهور إلى تسويق قواعد البيانات بحيث يتم تحديد العدد الممكن من المشترين عن طريق معلومات في قواعد البيانات ومن ثم استهدافهم واستمالتهم بإظهار إعلانات مباشرة، ويشير بعض الخبراء إلى القرن الحادي والعشرين سيكون متمحوراً حول الوسائط المتعددة التفاعلية إضافة إلى أن أقسام الإعلان عليها أن تجد مهمة جديدة لنقل المعلومات في هذا الطريق السريع. وبالإمكان اعتبار المجال الجديد من التسويق المتكامل للتواصل رد فعل تجاه التغيرات في حقل التواصل وكذلك محاولة لتعريف مجال أكثر اتساعاً من الإعلانات.
