Provider shall adhere to and perform the Services in compliance with the Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) set forth in the SOR. Provider shall maintain accurate information related to all Services and the KPIs and shall prepare and submit to company performance and other reports demonstrating Provider’s adherence to or deviation from the KPIs on a monthly basis.

Any delay or failure of Provider or the company to perform its obligations shall be excused if, and to the extent that, such delay or failure is the result of an act of God, actions by any governmental authority (whether valid or invalid), fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, riots, natural disasters, wars, acts of terror, sabotage, court injunction or order, or other event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of such Party (“Force Majeure”); provided that written notice of such delay (including the anticipated duration of the delay and a recovery plan) shall be given by the affected Party to the other Party as soon as possible after the event or occurrence. During the period of such delay or failure to perform by Provider, the company, at its option, may obtain the Services from other sources, without liability to Provider. If Provider declares Force Majeure, it shall provide a recovery plan to the company detailing how it will recover from the force majeure event (“Recovery Plan”) and shall be responsible for adhering to the plan, subject to a subsequent Force Majeure. If the delay lasts more than 10 days,and the Provider does not provide adequate assurance that the delay and related service issues will cease within 10 days, or if the Provider gives the company false or misleading information concerning the force majeure event, or Provider fails to adhere to its Recovery Plan, the company may immediately terminate this Agreement without liability and Provider shall be responsible for the difference

Qualquer atraso ou falha do Provedor ou da empresa em cumprir suas obrigações será justificado se, e na medida em que tal atraso ou falha for resultado de um 'act of God', ações de qualquer autoridade governamental (válida ou inválida), incêndios, inundações, vendavais, explosões, protestos, desastres naturais, guerras, atos de terrorismo, sabotagem, liminar ou ordem judicial, ou outro evento ou ocorrência além do controle de tal Parte (“Força Maior”); desde que uma notificação por escrito de tal atraso (incluindo a duração prevista do atraso e um plano de recuperação) seja dada pela Parte afetada à outra Parte o mais rápido possível após o evento ou ocorrência. Durante o período de tal atraso ou falha de execução pelo Provedor, a empresa, a seu critério, pode obter os Serviços de outras fontes, sem obrigações para o Provedor. Se o atraso durar mais de 10 dias, e o Provedor não fornecer garantia adequada de que o atraso e os problemas de serviço relacionados cessarão dentro de 10 dias, ou se o Provedor fornecer à empresa informações falsas ou enganosas sobre o evento de força maior, ou o Provedor não cumprir o seu Plano de Recuperação , a empresa pode rescindir imediatamente este Contrato sem obrigações e o Provedor será responsável pela diferença

I have more than 10 years of experience in automotive/logistic area/business (what made me learn how to work with tight deadlines and pressure).
I was responsible for system training in English, conference calls, implementation with new providers, including travels to the USA on business trips.
Creative, dedicated and with a great background on language immersion.
