الطرف الثاني يرغب في التعاقد مع الطرف الأول أو من ينوب عنه في تمثيله أمام القضاء وإدارة الخبراء والحضور نيابة عنه وابداء الرأي والمشورة والدفاع في كافة النواحي القانونية فيما يخص إقامة دعاوي ندب خبير ضد مجموعة شركات وعلى التفصيل الذي سيرد ضمن بند الاتعاب، وكان الطرف الأول لديه القدرة على توفير كافة الخدمات القانونية اللازمة للعمل المسند اليه من الطرف الثاني وذلك بتوفير المحامين والمستشارين المؤهلين لذلك.
البند الأول
يعتبر التمهيد السابق جزءا أساسيا من هذا العقد ومكملاً لبنوده.
البند الثانى
قبل الطرف الأول تولي المهام المشار إليها بالتمهيد آنفاً وفق الأسس المتبعة وبما يؤمن مصالح الطرف الثاني والوصول به إلى مبتغاه.
البند الثالث
يلتزم الطرف الثاني بتوفير كافة المستندات اللازمة والتي يحتاج اليها الطرف الأول لتمكينه من انجاز مهامه والأعمال المسندة إليه.

البند الرابع
يلتزم الطرف الأول بحفظ الاوراق المقدمة إليه من الطرف الثاني حتى إنتهاء العمل المكلف به وتكون مدة الاحتفاظ بها ثلاثة أشهر تلي تاريخ انتهاء العمل ولا يسأل الطرف الأول بعد ذلك عن أية أوراق ، والأوراق حق من حقوق الطرف الثاني وعدم المطالبة بها بعد الشهور الثلاث مؤداه أنه متخل عنها لعدم الأهمية.
البند الخامس
يكون علي عائق الطرف الثاني سداد أي مصروفات أو نثريات أو رسوم أو أمانات أو ترجمة يحتاج اليها العمل وذلك حتى انتهاء العمل المسند للطرف الأول.
البند السادس
اتفق طرفا العقد على تحديد أتعاب الطرف الأول مقابل جهوده عن الخدمات المشار إليها في بند التمهيد بمبلغ وقدره (----------) فقط ---------------- لا غير ، ويشمل هذا المبلغ الخدمات القانونية المشار اليها في بند التمهيد
ويتم سداد كامل قيمة الأتعاب على النحو التالي:
- مبلغ (------) مقدماً فور توقيع هذا العقد
- مبلغ (------) عند استلام أو مبلغ يتم تحصيله.
- مبلغ (------) عند صدور حكم الاستئناف في القضايا.
وتكون قيمة الاتعاب الموضحة أعلاه مستحقة بالكامل للطرف الأول سواء أكان عن طريق الدعاوي والاحكام القضائية أو عن طريق التسويات الودية حتي ولو قبل رفع الدعوي.
البند السابع
في حال الغاء الطرف الثاني لوكالته الصادرة للطرف الأول أو فسخه للعقد أو اعفاء الطرف الأول من الحضور والاستمرار في مباشرة أعماله او انهاء العقد بسبب يرجع الي الطرف الثاني فإن الطرف الأول يكون مستحق لكامل الأتعاب المتفق عليها سواء المقدم منها أو المؤخر.
البند الثامن
هذا العقد قاصر علي العمل المسند للطرف الأول اتمامه والموضح ببند التمهيد فقط لا غير ، ولا يمتد ليشمل أي أعمال أخري ، وأي عمل جديد خلاف العقد الماثل يستوجب اتفاق وعقد جديد.
البند التاسع
حررت هذه الاتفاقية من نسختين بيد كل طرف نسخة للعمل بها عند اللزوم.
Translation - English Preamble
Whereas, the Second Party desires to enter into a contract with the First Party or whoever represents it to represent it before the judiciary, Public Administration for Experts, attend on its behalf, consult, advice, and defense in all legal aspects regarding the Filing a case of assigning an expert against a group of companies, in accordance with the details that will be mentioned in the Fees Article. Whereas, the First Party has the ability to provide all the legal services necessary for the work entrusted to it by the Second Party by providing qualified lawyers and consultants.
Article One
The foregoing Preamble constitutes an integral and complementary part of this Contract.
Article Two
The First Party agrees to carry out the duties outlined in the preamble above in a manner that protects the Second Party's interests and advances its objectives.
Article Three
The Second Party shall provide the First Party with any documents required for the First Party to perform its obligations and the duties delegated to it.

Article Four
The First Party shall retain the papers submitted to it by the Second Party until the end of the duties delegated to it. The period of retention shall be three months following the date of completion of work. The Second Party shall have a right to the papers, and if it does not request them after three months, it is presumed to have abandoned them for lack of priority. Thereafter, the Second Party shall not request any papers from the First Party.
Article Five
The Second Party shall pay any expenses, petty cash, fees, trusts, or translation that the work needs, until the end of the work assigned to the First Party.
Article Six
The Parties thereto agreed that the First Party shall be paid (----------) only ------------------- as fees for its efforts in providing the services mentioned in the Preamble. This amount shall cover the legal services mentioned in the Preamble, as per the following:
The full amount of fees shall be paid as follows:
- An amount of (--------) in advance upon signing this Contract
- An amount of (--------) upon receipt or an amount to be collected.
- An amount of (--------) upon issuance of the appeal ruling in cases.
The First Party shall be entitled to receive the full amount of the fees listed above, whether through lawsuits and judicial rulings, or through amicable settlements reached even prior to filing a lawsuit.
Article Seven
The First Party shall be entitled to the full fees agreed upon, whether submitted or deferred, if the Second Party cancels the power of attorney granted to the First Party, terminates the Contract, exempts the First Party from attending and continuing its work, or terminates the Contract for a reason attributable to the Second Party.
Article Eight
This Contract shall only be intended to cover the work that the First Party has been given the responsibility to perform and is only specified in the Preamble. Any additional work outside the scope of the current contract requires a separate agreement and new contract.
Article Nine
This Agreement is made in duplicate, one copy for each party and each copy bearing the same legal effect.
