No libelous comments. No general comments. Then how can I warn other translators? Aug 31, 2015

Hi,

I would like to leave a low Blue Board rating for an agency which otherwise seems to have quite a good Blue Board rating. I find their rates far too low to make it worth translating for them, and I'd like to share this feeling with other translators. How can I do this in a way that the moderators will allow my comment to remain?

You can state the reasons why you stopped working with an outsourcer Sep 1, 2015

Hello Marc,

Note that as long as the conditions set out in Blue Board rule #2, http://www.proz.com/siterules/blue_board_bb_blueboard/2#2 , are met, you can leave a feedback entry for any outsourcer. The entry itself must reflect your willingness to work again with them and be focused on your personal experience.

If you were working with an outsourcer and decided to stop working with them because the rates they offered were too low for you, you could express this in a valid entry. Such an entry would reflect your willingness to work again with them and it would be focused on your personal experience.

Now, if what you want to do is leave an entry to make it public that you think the rates offered by a particular outsourcer are too low, and you have not worked with them, then that entry would not be in line with site rules and would be rejected.

Hope this explains! Please let me know if you have any question, or need anything else.

Best regards,
Paula
