Depends on the size of the job

I spend some time "preparing" the files for the job, so for small jobs I might spend as much time preparing as I spend translating. I also do a bit of aftercare, e.g. a final spell-check, so for smaller jobs the aftercare also times up a larger portion of the time. I do all of my translation in one CAT tool even though I have licences for multiple CAT tools, so I also spend time converting files.
