<div align=right dir=rtl>
<div/>

There is a way that enables us writing Arabic in forums without jumbling. Here is the way using

simple HTML code:
Tag 1: <div align=right dir=rtl>
Arabic text goes here between the 2 tags.
Tag 2: </div>

End-of-line punctuation Dec 18, 2006

Thank you, Ahmad, for your technical tips. Do you have a tag or other solution that would help force the end-of-line punctuation mark (period, colon, etc.) stay on the left end of the line rather than switch to the right end? Thank you.

Sure, only I have to test the solution with Proz website to check if it is working. Inshallah you may find the solution soon if applicable.

Note: The view changes when you use different browsers (Internet Explorer & Firefox).

Thanks again Ahmed. It's strange that the full-stop in my first line correctly appeared at the end of the sentence, but the exclamation mark on my last line didn't. Also it seems it's still not possible to get the sentence in the right order if you want to insert an English word in the middle.

But the tags disappeared - that's good!

Hi Nesrin,
You and Fuad arouse 2 points:
- Punctuations
- English within Arabic context

ِAs for HTML tags that appeared in my post and disappeared in yours, I did that using a trick which is replacing "<" and ">" with "& l t ;" & "& g t ;" respectively but without spaces.

If there is a solution ever existed I’ll do my best to get it and come back to you later on ISA.
Regards
Ahmad without Ostaz

If I understand you correctly, Fuad, then this should work:

<div align=right dir=rtl>هاللو Hello World وورلد!</div>
هاللو Hello World وورلد!

Without rtl:
هاللو Hello World وورلد!

I see the exclamation point on the left side, where it belongs. Thank you very much.
