Insert Excel tables in Word.

Hello, dear colleagues.

I am using a Word format in my translation, and I need to insert some tables which were done by the client in Excel. Usually, I use to do the tables and then I fill them, BUT now the client wants his table.

How could I insert it, so Word does not affect the Excel format?

You can insert an Excel table into a Word document as an embedded object. But what's the reason to do it when the client wants an Excel file?
