Dear All, I will have to spell check very soon a long Word file extracted from the client's platform and because there are subtitles, the software will stop every single time on numbers, is there a way to avoid this? these are the numbers I need to ignore (followed by the subtitle): 10:00:07.480 ===> 10:00:10.240 0003 Sono cambiate molte cose ma resta ancora molto da fare. I dont' find anything really useful on line, as everybody speaks about codes, but in the case of subtitles "codes" change all the time, so I might as well kepp pressing the button "ignore" and it will take forever... Hope someone can help. Greetings, Barbara ▲ Collapse | | | Samuel Murray Netherlands Local time: 12:27 Member (2006) English to Afrikaans + ... In MS Word, press Ctrl+H (to open the Find/Replace dialog) and click the "More>>" button. In the "Find what" field, type "[0-9]". Click in the "Replace with" field, make sure your cursor is in the "Replace with" field, and then click the "Format" button. From the dropdown list, select "Language..." and then choose any language, but make sure there is a check mark in "Do not check spelling or grammar". Check "Use wildcards", and press the "Replace all" button. This will mark all numbers as "do-not-spellcheck".
