hidden charges
This might be referring to hidden charges which are not disclosed with the apprehension that the prospective customers would be distracted.

We have revealed all the liabilities we know of; we have not hidden any.
Liabilities in business are payments to be made in cash or kind. By stating that there are "No Undisclosed Liabilites", the person evaluating the business is being assured that the net value of the business is the same as what is shown in the account books.
