Hi,

OK, i admit it. I am registered on those notorious translation platforms. The trick is i am registered on one UK based firm. Now, some other agency wants me to register too... All i can provide is registrational email of the first agency. Do you understand? It seems i cannot register under my own name. It won't let me to. Does it mean first agency will take a piece of the cake too?

Two separate accounts. Sep 15

You have two agencies that want you to use the same translation platform (Phrase, for example). Each agency should provide you with a login for that agency's access. You will have two different accesses, each possibly only active if/when you accept a job.

Alternatively, if the agency wants you to supply your own login name, you should sign up using a different email address and make a note of which email address you use for which agency.

Phrase is an example of an online CAT tool whose login system is very confusing, and I've actually ended up claiming jobs from one agency using the login details that another agency had supplied to me, by mistake. Fortunately this didn't appear to impact the job -- I was still able to do the job and I got paid for it by the second agency, not the first one

Well.. Sep 16

It seems that I will have to open another email account. The existing one is already in use as agency worker in first company.
