pension scheme handbook
Explanation:
An accountant friend of mine suggests "handbook" which garners a few UK hits, such as these:

"PENSION SCHEME BENEFITS

Whilst on any period of sick leave employees will remain in the Civil Service Pension Scheme. For full details of the options available to the employee please refer to the *Pension Scheme Handbook*."
http://www.sccrc.org.uk/Freedom of Information Publication S...

"My husband and I were given transfer values for our pensions when we left a company in 2000. I trawled the Government's website and leaflets and also our *pension scheme handbook*. We decided to leave our pensions in the company scheme because it was 'safe', 'protected by law' etc etc..."
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/money/main.jhtml?xml=/money/2006/...

Another possible option *might* be "booklet", though this would tend to make it sound less substantial. On the other hand, I have seen some rather large "booklets" in my time so it might be possible.

"If you need further clarification, you can check the situation in relation to your own pension scheme by examining scheme documents (such as the *pension scheme booklet*), or by contacting your pension scheme administrators."

Thank you all!
I always prefer British usage instead of American or Canadian etc. Maybe we can persuade the British in this way to come closer to the EU. :-)

Mulţumesc, şi Crăciun fericit!

pension scheme prospectus

Explanation:

(company) pension plan booklet

Explanation:
http://www.investored.ca/en/focus/pensiondecisions/pension_d...

Retirement plan
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
A retirement plan is an arrangement to provide people with an income, or pension, during retirement, when they are no longer earning a steady income from employment. Retirement plans may be set up by employers, insurance companies, the government or other institutions such as employer associations or trade unions. Retirement plans are more commonly known as pension schemes in the UK and Ireland and superannuation plans in Australia.

I suspect they call them "schemes" in the UK and "plans" in Canada :)

neutral  Peter Shortall: If anything, I think pension plan is the one that's more often used from the individual's point of view, though the two do get used interchangeably here (and on Wikipedia "personal_pension_plan" takes you to exactly the same page as that for "scheme")

-> sure, that's what it's about: one individual signing a contract and looking into the company's pension plan also see the above please
