Explanation:
Cred că despre ele este vorba. În loc de "dobândite" ar merge şi "deţinute".

"Titlurile de participaţie, denumite şi titluri de drepturi corporative, nu cuprind o promisiune de prestaţii viitoare şi nici nu încorporează în ele drepturi reale. Comparativ cu celelalte titluri de credit, acestea sunt titluri de credit pe termen lung, care aduc, de regulă, un venit periodic titularului şi sunt caracterizate printr-un grad mai redus de autonomie a dreptului încorporat în document."
