Teraz zauważyłem w zacytowanym fragmencie wyrażenie "real and property tax". Nie oznacza ono jednak "ciężaru realnego" i "podatku od majątku/własności", lecz "podatek od nieruchomości" i "podatek od majątku/własności" - "real tax" jest tu skrótem od "real estate tax".
