I know that this is something "above" a церковнослужитель, but am not sure what the usual English translation is, or if there is one.

Context:
Артёмков М. Л. (р. в 1980 г). священнослужитель с Ново-Покровское Быстро-Истокского р-на Бийского округа Сибкрая. Решением ОСО Коллегии ОГПУ с. 09.11.28 сослан в Вишерский ИТЛ на 3 года.
