English term or phrase: non-core inflation
Inflation continued its decline thanks to the base effect and easing food inflation but ***non-core inflation*** remains high and there were some signs of even food inflation going back up for a bit due to extended rains and harsh winter in some parts.

Gibt es dafür noch einen besseren Begriff als "Nichtkerninflation"?

Explanation:
- Nicht-Kerninflation
- Inflation abzüglich / ohne Kernrate
- CPI (Consumer Price Index, CPI)
- Verbraucherpreise (Nahrungsmittel und Energie)

zum Verständnis:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerninflation

kurz gefasst:
- Inflationsraten werden aus einem "Warenkorb" ermittelt
- um saisonale Schwankungen zu glätten,
werden dabei Lebensmittel und Energie ausgeklammert,
dies ist dann die "Kerninflationsrate"
