English term or phrase: to participate in follow-up surveys
All participants will automatically enter the prize drawing as long as they complete a valid email address at the end of the survey and assuming that they participate to the first survey as well as the follow-up surveys online (max.2).

Kontext: Online-Fragebogen.

Teilnehmer in market research interviews are often referred to as Befragten (and in English as respondents rather than participants).

bei Folgeumfragen mitwirken

Explanation:
You can either use mitwirken or mitmachen or sich an F-Umfragen beteiligen... in order to avoid the repetition.

agree  Horst Huber (X): "Sich beteiligen" ist wohl besser. "Mitwirkung" liegt bei den Fragestellern.

neutral  Harald Moelzer (medical-translator): "mitwirken" sounds outdated in this context
