برگزاری مراسم معرفی کتاب Explanation: All the answers so far seem plausible, but to be more exact I prefer to use "مراسم معرفی کتاب". "معارفه" is used to mark beginning of someone's term of office and "رونمایی" in most cases used when introducing a new product, a painting, etc which are behind a curtain and then someone removes that curtain and it shows "نمایاندن" his face "رو". مراسم معرفی کتاب تصحیح و ترجمه «اسماء الحسنی»(شرح دعای جوشن کبیر) به همت انجمن علمی عرفان اسلامی ایران در پژوهشکده امام خمینی و انقلاب مراسم معرفی کتاب "حبیب دلها" در زاهدان برگزار شد. برگزاری مراسم معرفی کتاب نمایندگان مجلس ملی در باره قتل عام خوجالی Example sentence(s):

میهمانی رونمایی/معرفی کتاب Explanation: میلانی در جلسه رونمایی از کتاب خود در برلین، آلمان" رادیو فردا" These parties can be very informal, therefore I don't see why it needs to be translated as مراسم برگزاری .
