Os agentes da ordem convenceram o juiz de que, em 17 de agosto de 2006, Renato, com a ajuda do primo William e do amigo Wagner, estuprara e matara a ex-namorada Vanessa Batista de Freitas, 22 anos, com quem tinha uma filha. A sentença FOI REFORMADA a tempo pelo tribunal montado por ordem do PCC, a maior organização criminosa do país.

The agents of order had convinced the judge that on August 17, 2006, Renato, with the help of his cousin William and friend Wagner, raped and killed his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Batista de Freitas, 22, with whom he had a daughter. The sentence WAS REVERSED on appeal by the ad hoc court set up by the PCC, the largest criminal organization in Brazil.
