  -> Zbytnie uproszczenie. W kontekście ubezpieczeniowym claim często odnosi się do szkody, np. wskaźniki szkodowości (claims ratios) bazują na danych dotyczących szkód zlikwidowanych, a nie roszczeń. Spotykam się raczej z rozróżnieniem approved/denied claim.
