"Eine psychoreaktive und eine neurologische Entität haben hier zumindest eine starke Ueberlappung, wenn nicht gar, im Sinner von iktor von Weizsäcker, eine weitgehende phenomänologische "Ausdrucksgemeinschaft".

I have:
At the very least, there is a strong overlap between the psychoreactive and neurological entities here, but possibly even an extensive phenomenological "joint expression", a concept introduced by Viktor von Weizsäcker.

Admittedly, I do not know what I just wrote.
