I may be barking up the wrong tree 'as per usual', but 'conclusive' connotes to me going off on the 'conclusione' = pleadings / submissions (England & Wales: Statements of Case) tacks.

'Un giudice mi ha dato termine dieci giorni prima dell'udienza per il
deposito di "note conclusive", ora, trattandosi di Tribunale
monocratico e non GdP, ho bisogno di una Vostra conferma: per "note
conclusive" si intende l'abbinata conclusionale-memoria di replica,
dunque conteggiando i termini 60+20 giorni? Ci sto giusto, giusto con
l'udienza che è fra 90...

Quello viene concesso all'udienza di precisazione delle conclusioni, ma se
ha fissato udienza ex art. 281 sexies (per discussione e lettura dispotivo)
l'udienza di p.c. Non c'è. '
