Court Minutes

Explanation:
- A "court minute" is an entry in a docket sheet of a case. It is simply a notation or a memorialization of what occured in court on that case on a particular hearing. "Court minutes" are added to the docket sheet by the judge's clerk.

- Minutes are a record of the activities of the court and show dates of sessions, names of presiding judges, and, usually, judgments and orders of the court arising out of the litigation of all its cases--original and appellate, civil and criminal.
