Tenho visto com alguma frequência ser traduzido neste contexto por "entregar", o que não concordo totalmente. O texto abaixo, embora em espanhol, explica bem o sentido deste verbo: Execute and Deliver es una expresión jurídica tradicional que se emplea para indicar que las partes del contrato han firmado o firmarán el documento en cuestión. Como en la siguiente frase.
