I go along with what Hannah says. You would have to drop the "Mr." if you used the job title, but best to use the name if you know it or just Dear Sir

I think that it should be clear from the address

or
Suchandsuch Company
Street
Town etc.
attn: Mr. Soandso, Authorised Agent

Then you can just say Dear Mr. Soandso, or Dear Sir, if you like.


There are other authorised agent situations, but this is closest to what you are asking. Moreover, it is very Czech to call people "Pane Inzenyre" "Pane Profesore" (this particular one would be Dr. Smith if he has a Phd. )etc.
generally more so than in English.
