" In principe is een aanpassing [door de werkgever - sp] van de arbeidsvoorwaarden vanwege de overname (pakketvergelijking) niet toegestaan."

Het gaat om een situatie waarbij werknemers naar een andere BV van dat bedrijf worden overgeplaatst in de hoop dat de CAO dan niet meer geldig is.
