Dělám korekturu, "expedites" jsou přeloženy jako výdeje, ale nejsem si zrovna jist.

snížit počet expedic


Explanation:
Myslím, že slovo expedite má kromě urychlení i další význam, prostě expedice (zboží, zásilky apod.) a zde je to tak myšleno. Co se týče kontextu narušení vztahů se zákazníky – nesmím se prostě zahltit nadměrným počtem zásilek, abych uspokojil všechny. To asi znáte z dob konjunktury ;-).
