English term or phrase: manager and administrator of a unit trust
What is the difference between manager and administrator in a unit trust? Context: In the Notes to Financial Statements of a unit trust, the manager is defined as follows:

"The Trust has entered into a management agreement with xxx (the "Manager"). Under this agreement the Manager is entitled to fees."

Further down, under "Fees and Expenses", there are three kinds of fees: 1. management fees, ie. "The Manager is entitled to a fee of 0.70% ... of the average net asset value ...on the following subfunds...), 2. administration fees, ie. "The Administrator shall be entitled to a fee paid out of the assets of the applicable subfund", 3. trustee fees, ie. "The Trustee shall be entitled to fees payable out of the assets of each subfund based on the average net asset value of each subfund...".

There is no definition for the Administrator, but if I translate "administrator" with "Verwalter", what do I call the "Manager"? Can I use the term "Konsortialführer" in this context?

Explanation:
How about leaving Manager in German since they are called Fondsmanager anyway and translating Administrator as Verwalter?
I'm afraid I'm not sure what the administrator does. Any more details concerning his/its role?

or
Geschäftsleiter und Verwalter einer Investmentgesellschaft.

It depends on your style.

I would prefer the first option. The three words in question are all German now.
