This is from a small section stating conditions/criteria regarding results of a "Certificat de maturite professionelle" transcript of results, of a graduate from a Swiss higher educational establishment. The paragraph reads:

Les prestations fornies lors des procédures de qualification sont exprimées part des notes entieres ou par des demi-notes: la meilleure note est 6.0, la plus mauvaise est 1.0. Les notes inférieures a 4.0 sanctionnent des prestations insuffisantes.

Cognate with the French of 'prestations' is *my* usual idea of comparing the Swiss-German and other German 'joker' or weasel-word of Leistungen which is also translatable as welfare benefits, payments or *achievements*.
