This is from a small section stating conditions/criteria regarding results of a "Certificat de maturite professionelle" transcript of results, of a graduate from a Swiss higher educational establishment. The paragraph reads:

More like gauging, rating, evalutaion or assessment, rather than a heartfelt appreciation of Swiss school pupils' performance, so as to grade such.

Cognate with the French of 'prestations' is *my* usual idea of comparing the Swiss-German and other German 'joker' or weasel-word of Leistungen which is also translatable as welfare benefits, payments or *achievements*.
