  -> L'ordinamento degli ufficiali giudiziari è del 1959 (DPR n.1229/59) e tra i requisiti per partecipare al concorso non c'è la laurea in giurisprudenza ma il diploma di istruzione secondaria di 2° grado (art.4). Non mi risulta sia stato modificato
