Vimpel / flagga med hållare Explanation: om man ska vara noga ska man nog ha med med "roterande topp" även om detta blir lite mycket. "Potence" kommer av galgens (för hängning) ställning och vinkel, se länken nedan (produkt EXL Flagg). Dessa system "sur potence" har ofta en roterande topp...
