-Hak untuk mendapatkan pembayaran ganti kerugian pertanggungan berdasarkan Undang-undang No. 33 tahun 1964 tentang Dana Pertanggungan Wajib Kecelakaan Penumpang jo. Peraturan Pemerintah ini, tidak boleh diserahkan kepada pihak lain, digadaikan atau dibuat tanggungan pinjaman, pun tidak boleh disita untuk menjalankan putusan hakim ataupun menjalankan palisemen.

Di samping denda yang dikenakan berdasarkan pasal 21 ayat (2) di atas jo. pasal 8 Undang-undang No. 33 tahun 1964 tentang Dana Pertanggungan Wajib Kecelakaan Penumpang, pengusaha/pemilik alat angkutan penumpang umum yang bersangkutan dapat dicabut izin usahanya untuk selama-lamanya tiga bulan.
