Relacionado con mi última pregunta re la creación de soportes / cubetas de impresión para prótesis extraíbles, el término aparece así y parecer ser inglés pero no encuentro nada ni en inglés ni en italiano (al igual que el anterior) ver abajo gracias

The mylohyoid line continues as the mylohyoid groove on the internal surface of the ramus. The mylohyoid muscle originates from the anterior (front) part of the mylohyoid line.

Asker: I think posterior notch is more likely, as the groove came up in Spanish already and it wasn´t this, but thanks again for the help, I really appreciate it. Made a note to the client about this and left it as that for now
