This word is used in a list of functions that can be configured for a wireless LAN product. It appears under the heading for packet filtering.

Any thoughts on the most appropriate translation here? I am looking for a word or two that will convey what this setting is for to the reader. Thanks.

In this case, 動作 should be for the Packet Filtering definitely where it is to be put into operation in a clear contrast to the time when it's not in operation. So thinking of this connotation, I prefer to use "Activate" to choosing some possible candicacies like Operation, Action, Movement, etc.
