one more comment Explanation: Concerning the end of your question Enfre Iverson (Holde) Kvenshagen I still guess the first name is Endre Iverson is a male middle name saying that Endre/Enfre was the son of Iver. (Holde) and Kvenshagen could be names of the farms his family came from which is a frequent way of forming last/family names in Norway.
