English translation:See comments !
Explanation:
Hello !

Budde = lived ( had his house)
da = then
hja = by
morbroren = the uncle ( the brother of the mother)
Enfre ( is possibly Endre which is a male first name)
Iverson = a Norwegian last name
Holde is to hold, but could be a last name as well....
Kvenshagen and Borgund are geographical names.

I wish you good luck !

agree  Even Eifring: 'hja' should be spelt 'hjå', or if it's old, 'hjaa'. The punctuation is strange, but the translations seem correct.

Explanation:
Concerning the end of your question

Enfre Iverson (Holde) Kvenshagen
I still guess the first name is Endre

Iverson is a male middle name saying that Endre/Enfre was the son of Iver.

(Holde) and Kvenshagen could be names of the farms his family came from which is a frequent way of forming last/family names in Norway.

Borgund is an area in the Western part of Norway, close to the Sognefjord

Good luck !
