Explanation:
actually, some of the above, e.g. -- the "National Economy Register" or the curiously hyphenated
"Register-of-Economic-Entities" are not terribly successful attempts. The remaining ones are also a bit misleading - REGON is numer klasyfikacji statystycznej while e.g.
National Register of Economic Units czy National Official Register of Business Entities match quite well the description of the KRS number. I'd go for REGON statistical number - any businessmen with any knowledge of the POlish scene knows what it is. PJ
