professional mentor and workplace integration specialist Explanation: Please keep in mind that in the Anglo-Saxon world, there is hardly anything like this that is standard. Thus terms will vary. Anyone whose sole job is to help new workers integrate has to be a workplace integration specialist. If a new, young plastic surgeon joins a practice, such a person may be called his/her mentor, supervising partner, all kinds of terms. I enclose a link to an article that mentions workplace integration. But this is far from either a standard procedure nor one fixed term.
