XX, casado, ...., que outorga na qualidade de gestor de negócios em representação de :

E ainda como procurador em representção de :
2/ZZZ...

Pelo outorgante, em nome do seu gestido indicado em 1/, foi dito, que pela presente escritura, em nom do seu gestido YYY, doa, aos filhos do doador, a nua propriedade....

J'ai un problème avec outorgante e gestido = s'agit-il d'un donataire (= outorgante) (qui est avocat et chargé d'affaires) qui agit en représentation d'un mandant (gestido)? Ou outorgante est il un requérant qui agit au nom d'un mandant ? (gestido)?
