Buenos días,
Estoy revisando un documento traducido al Francés.
Se trata de un formulario a rellenar para controlar y registrar el paso de trenes.
Una de las casillas es "empresa solicitante", se trata de poner el nombre de la empresa ferroviaria que solicita el servicio. En Francés han puesto "entreprise requérante" pero no me gusta porque pienso que tiene que este término tiene que ver con la justicia.
Que os parece? se podría traducir de otra forma?

Tienes razon, la palabra "requérante" en francés llama la atencion e incluye una accion en justicia...
En el caso de esta traduccion, no pienso que sera la mejor opcion...
Podrias traduzir por la palabra "demandeuse", que recuerda esta nocion de pedido, solicitacion.

Explanation:
Je pense que c'est aussi valable comme traduction, et que l'usage veut que l'on emploie indifféremment les mots "demandeuse", "requérante" et "solliciteuse" même si les deux dernier termes relèvent du langage juridique soutenu tandis que "demandeuse" est un passe-partout, sauf erreur de ma part bien sûr.
