Un "buyoff" = "buyout", que es cuando el 51% de las acciones de una empresa son compradas por los que trabajan en la misma.

Por otro lado, se tiene el MBO (Management Buyout), que es cuando dichas acciones se compran por parte de los propios ejecutivos de la empresa en cuestión.
