Она же "лунтза". Но тут все зависит от контекста: если Ваша задача - передать именно кипрский колорит, используйте термин "лунтза" с комментарием, что это такое. В противном случае - можно просто перевести, как предложено выше.

Да, кстати: лунтза - отнюдь не всегда копченый продукт, но также и сырое мясо. Только этим утром была в супермаркете, попросила у мясника "ена кило то лунтза" - получила, соответственно, килограмм свиной вырезки, в чеке выбито - pork loin. Запеку вечером с сыром ))

Еще раз вернулась к оригинальному вопросу - "как назвать лунтзу по-русски?" Т.е. нужен русский аналог? Тогда таки выходит: lountza (gr) > pork loin (eng) > корейка (rus)
