Officer Candidate School (training program/course) Explanation: I'm suggesting a translation for the course itself, which is what I understand the full context says: "tendo em vista a conclusão do curso de Graduação de Oficiais em 30/11/2000" .....not just graduation, which in English does not have the same exact connotation as "graduação" in PT of "formação" etc..
