при снижении объемов кредитования производство сокращается, если же взять предложенные версии, то получается что увеличение объемов кредитования привело к резкому сокращению объемов производства. П.С., я не придираюсь, у нас вроде обсуждение?

We think the best way of looking at the developed world’s economic recovery is in the context of the typical experience seen after previous financial crises (see Figure 1). Financial crises in the past have led to a sharp drop in output, as excess leverage has been unwound and asset prices have fallen. In the global financial crisis which began in 2007/8, very accommodative central bank policies and, initially, loose fiscal policy, prevented as sharp a drop in output as in previous crises. Partly because of this, deleveraging has been either non-existent or modest in most developed economies. So, whereas recessions following financial crises in the past have typically seen a loss in output of 10% from peak to trough, this time the drop was only around half that. The consequence is, however, that the recovery has been more muted and, in our assessment, will remain so.
