Это, конечно, участие или доля в акциях. https://niemands.ru/assets/files/ukcompaniesact.pdf "Notice by company requiring information about interests in its shares" ... информацию касательно участия (доли) в её акциях "(1) A public company may give notice under this section to any person whom the company knows or has reasonable cause to believe— (a) to be interested in the company’s shares, or" ... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 4 hrs (2021-10-02 17:15:46 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "An ‘interest in shares’ means an interest as a co-owner (TCGA 1992, Sch. 7AC, para. 29(1)). Co-ownership may be as joint owners or as owners in common, and in any proportions of the entire holding (TCGA 1992, Sch. 7AC, para. 29(2))". https://library.croneri.co.uk/cch_uk/btr/759-840 |
