Если хочется передать эту кашу более-менее изящно, с requirements, можно было бы сочинить такое "обязуется без обоснованной необходимости не нарушать установленные требования, применимые к выполнению персоналом своих обычных должностных обязанностей" хотя проще написать "обязуется без обоснованной необходимости не вмешиваться в выполнение персоналом своих обычных должностных обязанностей" или "не нарушать ход выполнения обычных должностных обязанностей персонала" |
