Not finding anything in my own FRE/ENG accounting manuals, I have extrapolated inductively from the context as well as deductively from the French source text alluding to 'les Parties se réservent d'établir entre elles un compte..' 'So it could be that the title of this article is gibberish. Or that they meant something similar-sounding but more meaningful.'
