The kind of 'reward points' referred to here most closely resemble 'loyalty card' schemes, so I think 'points fidélité' most closely conveys the correct idea.

And do note that 'redeem' here doesn't really have the sense of 'racheter', but more of 'échanger (contre)' — other goods and services. Cf. R+C for this usage...

Note that over here in FR, 'bonus points' are uses in supermarlets etc. in addition to 'loyalty card' points, but are not quite the same thing.
