I'm having some trouble with this sentence. I hope someone can help me out.

It is one of the clauses of a leasing agreement.

XXXX tiene el derecho de tanteo sobre el inmueble objeto del futuro arrendamiento para los supuestos de transmisión del mismo por cualquier título y con excepción de las que tengan lugar con carácter intragrupo.
