Hi, I'd appreciate your help with this term.

Sorry if there isn't much context but they are short answers to a survey. The survey has been given to several marketing departments of a hardware and software company.

Context is:
"¿Cómo podemos mejorar los centros para clientes de (HW/SW companY) para ayudarle a incrementar sus ventas/ingresos?
Deberiamos facilitar e impulsar el uso intensivo de estos recursos, habilitando presupuestos de gasto especificos para ser utilizados por las unidades de cobertura, sin las restricciones habituales. Estos activos estan infrautilizados, por el calvario que supone invitar a un cliente (AVION INCLUIDO POR FAVOR) a visitarlos, debido, entre otras cosas, a los procesos de control de gasto asociados con estas visitas."
