Hello, I need help on this term. It is for a sworn translation of a Leasing Agreement. It is for the term "Acto de Entrega". Below is the sentence

"La entrega del Local se documentará a través de la formalización de un Acta de Entrega cuyo modelo se adjunta al como Anexo nº III."

and my attempt:

"The handover of the Premises shall be documented by means of executing a Handover Act, the format of which is attached as Appendix III."

Any help is appreciated for both the term requested. I would also appreciate any improvements on the entire translation of the sentence.

"relación con la supuesta violación del derecho a la inviolabilidad del domicilio, las pruebas aportadas ante los tribunales demostraban que el autor y las presuntas víctimas habían abandonado voluntariamente su residencia, pues quedó demostrado que la esposa del autor había entregado las llaves del apartamento en octubre de 1992 y firmado el **acta de entrega** según el procedimiento ordinario."
"It further ruled that in relation to the alleged violation of the right to home, the evidence before the courts proved that the author and alleged victims had left their residence voluntarily; as it appears that the author's wife handed over the keys to of the flat in October 1992 and signed the **minutes of handover** as per regular procedure."
