"A partir de que el contrato de fusión cumplió con las formalidades legales, estaríamos ante un procedimiento de fusión culminado.
Como resultado se habrá creado una sociedad nueva (fusión por creación) o la sociedad absorbente habrá visto aumentado el volumen de su patrimonio.
Se tendrá, a su vez, por disueltas a las sociedades fusionadas.
El efecto más importante, es que la fusión es TÍTULO HÁBIL, para producir la transmisión de sus bienes, derechos y obligaciones a favor de sociedades ya existentes o de las que se creen."
